Just back from the Glazer-Kennedy marketing and money making Super Conference and I see the article in the Washington Post about some congressional subcommittee threatening “government action” if college football doesn’t change the way it runs its post season.

Now understand where I’m coming from. I’ve just spent three days with about 950 hard working entrepreneurs. People who are (1) investing in their education in order to (2) build and run small businesses that (3) make profit and (4) employs people. These folks are the backbone of the American economy and they will survive no matter what the boobs in Washington do to try to stop them.

But this is unbelievable…imagine…Congressmen!!!…sitting around a table…sent to Washington and paid for by my tax dollars, threatening government action over college football. And this charge is lead by a republican!

Wasting their most valuable resource…their time…discussing something that has nothing whatsoever to do with the role of government.

Dan Kennedy was right in his keynote address…we entrepreneurs just have to accept the fact that most people are just dumb…and that, in my view, includes almost all of them in Washington.

They should all be run out of town.l
