President Obama is so worried about public opinion. Why did he do this? Did Congressman John Murtha help raise funds for Obama and work to help carry the state of Pennsylvania forObama in the '08 election? It sounds like payback. A lot of back- scratching is going on here. But that is the way that politics are done now. I think that it is a travesty when this much money can be directed for the
